And although Chelsea Handler and Jennifer Aniston are very public about their love for one another, our exclusive sneak peek of After Lately hints that Hollywood actress may have some venting to do about her BFF.

Aniston comes in with Chelsea to meet the crew, and while Handler steps out to take a phone call, Jen just kinda unleashes her thoughts to the writers after they comment on how busy the show host has been.

"Doing what? I mean, gossiping about more successful people that are better looking than her? Or putting her name on another dumb book to make the world a dumber place? I mean, just ridiculous," Aniston says, right before mocking her pal, "‘Hi, I'm Chelsea. I really think that everything I say is funny.' You know what I mean? It's a shock that she really still has her own show."

Ouch!

Is James Franco's Oz Really Different From The Wizard of Oz?

We're off to see the wizard—and we hear it's going to be nothing like the trip Dorothy took down the yellow brick road.

James Franco stars in the upcoming Oz: The Great and Powerful, a prequel to the classic Judy Garland film told from the Wizard's point of view.

So will Franco be belting out a cover of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow?" Or "Defying Gravity" à la Idina Menzel in Broadway's Wicked?

"It's before the Scarecrow and the Tin Man and Dorothy and all that," Abigail Spencer, who plays the Wizard's assistant May, told me at the recent L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center benefit for homeless youth services at the Sunset Tower hotel. "It really goes deeper into how that story came to be.

"It really is what the books are based on," she added. "This is the real story and I think this is actually what the writer [L. Frank Baum] intended when he wrote them."

Michelle Williams, Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz also star in the Sam Raimi-directed flick. It was recently reported that Raimi will pay homage to the 1939 musical movie by beginning in black-and-white before transitioning to color.

Spencer is also reteaming up with Franco on Wrong Number, a romantic comedy that she wrote and will star in opposite newcomer Andrew Leeds. Franco is producing and is set to make a cameo, Spencer said.

Also at the Gay & Lesbian Center event, which honored stylist reality star Rachel Zoe, were Anne Hathaway, Kelly Osbourne, Mandy Moore, Garcelle Beauvais, Perry Reeves, Jennifer Grey and Fashion Police's George Kotsiopoulos.

Jay-Z is super cool, no question. However, the fridge in his 40 / 40 Club is another story.

The New York City Department of health visited New Dad who cash last week newly opened luxury-sport - and Word, inspectors don't like, what they saw.

And because food safety and hygiene on any equipment list should be high, a kitchen is not open for business the DOH begins ticking off injuries.

Or yet? It was business as usual, or the 40/40 Club get really shut down just one night after his grand reopening? Hang on your credit card, children because this story is...

Technically true, actually!

The DOH from Jay-Z Manhattan Club (he has also in Atlantic City) on Thursday evening, where according to public records, inspectors of the hotspot with 69 violation points dinged stopped.

Among the violations: Cooked food not controlled to 140 degrees Fahrenheit or higher; cold food temperature was warmer than 41 degrees (smoked fish and certain vacuum packages need 38 degrees or cooler); the corresponding thermometer was not used is to determine the different temperatures; inadequate or not chilled or hot equipment to keep food during cooking, keep cool, reheating and operation; a food workers have no use proper utensil to eliminate food contact bare hand that was going to cold served; personal cleanliness inadequate found was (no hair nets, etc.).

According to the New York Post, raw chicken, prawns and Turkey burger patties at only 60 degrees were chilled; boiled mashed potatoes dropped to 89 degrees; cooked Turkey burgers and 10 pound rice were 67 degrees held; and that was a Cook Salsa mix with bare hands.

But if the restaurant was listed as "in the site information restaurant inspection DOH, as the Saturday closing", a rep for the 40/40 Club assured us that they were back in business by Friday evening.

"The 40/40 Club was never closed during regular business hours," the rep told E! Messages. "It was as usual on opening weekend." "It was a blown engine in the walk-in fridge, which allows the Club to open in the early morning hours on the same day has been fixed."
