Lucy Hale Reveals Her Dream ‘A’ on ‘Pretty Little Liars’ to ‘Nylon’ Magazine

Nylon magazine really has a way of giving the public what it wants. Recently, Lea Michele graced its pages, while dishing on real-life boyfriend Cory Monteith; then the Perks of Being a Wallflower cast took over in a stunning photo shoot; today, the glossy publication revealed its latest cover girl: Lucy Hale. And if you think the interview is all about Pretty Little Liars, you’re way off, pal. Read on for the scoop…

Lucy admits that when she originally moved to Hollywood, she wasn’t surrounded by close companions like her PLL character, Aria: “I didn’t have a friend for, like, two years[…] I’ve come out of my shell, but I was pretty shy. Some people take it as me being standoffish.”

But while we’re on the subject, what did she say about her hit show? “[When I first read the script,] I was like ’Are you guys sure this is ABC Family? There’s a lot of risque stuff happening.’”

As for her dream ‘A,’ she says, “I want it to be a Bonnie and Clyde thing. Where Aria and Ezra are in it together. Or Spencer and Toby. But something romantic, [where] you root for them [even though] they’re the bad guys.”

OK, enough of the PLL talk. What’s going on with her upcoming album?! “It’s absolutely terrifying. You only get one album. You only get one single. You get one shot in music. But I have a million different dreams. Why can’t I go out and try to achieve them all? Who are you to say I can’t?”

And she’s not stopping at just TV & music: “I’m searching for something eye-opening. I love movies like (500) Days of Summer and Juno. Something offbeat without the glamour and the makeup and the clothing.”

Watch the Second Trailer (and See New Stills) for Zombie Movie ‘Warm Bodies’

Keep the 2013 movie trailers coming! While 2011 & 2012 were full of awesome teen flicks (i.e. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, The Hunger Games, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2), it seems like the upcoming year may trump all. Based on the trailers for The Host, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and Jack the Giant Slayer alone, we’re in for tons of supernatural adventures. The second trailer above for Warm Bodies (see the first one here) only further proves our point.

At first, it starts off all creepy — then turns into an almost romantic comedy-like horror film. Our favorite line from the zombie flick (so far): ”We are their food source; they’re not becoming vegan.” Watch the Warm Bodies trailer above, then check out star Nicholas Hoult in the new stills below!

Kate Middleton, Prince William Expecting First Child!

Wenn

There’s a royal baby on the way — it’s been confirmed that Kate Middleton is pregnant with her first child! The palace announced the news with a statement reading: ”Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby,” continuing,”The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry and members of both families are delighted with the news.”

Though there have been many rumors of a royal pregnancy since Prince William and Kate’s wedding last April, it’s nice to see it officially confirmed. However, Kate has been checked into King Edward VII Hospital in London due to acute morning sickness, but is expected to be fine. Regardless, congratulations to the happy couple!

Since this will no doubt dominate the news for the next six months or so, you better believe there is already a parody account taking on the life of the coupe’s unborn baby. The person running this Twitter is certainly on top of it, as they started the account on April 29, 2011 — aka — the day of Kate and William’s royal wedding!

The funniest tweet so far?

The iPad mini was developed solely so I would be able to Tweet my gestation live from the womb. So, that’s why that exists! #royalbaby

LOL!

Are you excited for the royal couple? Do you think they’ll have a boy or a girl? Sound off in the comments!

Emma Roberts: Lomography Lady

Emma Roberts runs back to her car in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (November 30).

The 21-year-old actress tried to avoid the rain as she picked up a new camera from Lomography.

PHOTOS: Check out the latest pics of Emma Roberts

Emma recently chatted with People mag about her admiration for Kate Bosworth‘s style.

“You see some people on the carpet who look great, and then you see a paparazzi photo, and you're like, 'What?! That's not what you're supposed to look like!’ It's kind of an art.”

Darren Criss Covers Katy Perry’s “Part of Me” at Trevor Live 2012 (VIDEO)

Something tells us that Darren Criss is Katy Perry‘s biggest fan. His Glee career was jump-started with a Warbler rendition of her hit, “Teenage Dream;” he appeared in her music video for “Last Friday Night” (which he also covered with Keenan Cahill and as part of New Directions); and, just this past weekend at Trevor Live 2012, he honored KP, who was guest of honor at the event, by singing her “Part of Me” single.

And that’s not even all the great Darren news we’ve got for you. Last Friday night (see what we did there?), he took to Facebook announcing his return to YouTube. He says, “Hey, remember when I used to post videos weekly on YouTube? Oh wait… Well, now that I have this new nifty looking YouTube page, maybe I’ll start. Is one a month acceptable for now? Go subscribe http://www.youtube.com/darrencriss”

Watch Darren’s “Part of Me” cover above, then tell us: Are you excited for his YT comeback?
