One Direction: Madison Square Garden Show!

One Direction join together for a bow at the end of their sold-out Madison Square Garden show on Monday night (December 3) in New York City.

The guys — Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan — performed a combination of songs off their albums Up All Night and Take Me Home.

Ed Sheeran opened the show and later joined One Direction on stage for their “Little Things” performance.

During the show Zayn took a moment to reflect, “I am a bit overwhelmed. I am from the small town Bradford and things like this don’t happen to people like me.”

Ryan Newman and James Maslow hit up KIIS FM's 2012 Jingle Ball held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Saturday night (December 1) in Los Angeles.

The two Nick actors were joined by Carlos Pena at the cool concert where Jonas Brothers, Ellie Goulding and Taylor Swift performed.

Nikki Reed and husband musician Paul McDonald pose for pictures just before running in the Rock ‘N Roll Marathon 2012 in Las Vegas on Sunday (December 2).

The power couple joined other runners — including Elvis impersonators and Santas – for the 13.1 mile marathon which benefited the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America

The event featured live bands at every mile, a run through wedding chapel and a special performance of KÀ by Cirque du Soleil.

“Done! 13.1 miles in 2 hrs 25 min 18 seconds! Go @NathanReed_I_am @thePaulMcDonald Manu and Brian!” Nikki tweeted after the race.

Nathan Kress and girlfriend Madisen Hill hit the red carpet at the 2012 CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute held at The Shrine Auditorium on Sunday night (December 2) in Los Angeles.

The two were joined by the 20-year-old actor’s former iCarly costar Miranda Cosgrove.

“So excited for the #CNNHeroes Tribute tonight! So many inspiring people here,” Nathan tweeted from the venue.

He added afterwards, “So happy I finally got to speak with @kurt13warner tonight!! I’ve looked up to him for years. Such a cool guy!”

Taylor Swift glitters on stage inside the 2012 Ripple Of Hope Gala held at The New York Marriott Marquis on Monday night (December 3) in New York City.

The 22-year-old musician was honored with an award by the Kennedy family for her philanthropic efforts.

“She’s getting it because my father believed in the power of the youth,” Kerry Kennedy shared of Taylor‘s honor.

She added, “He described it in his Ripple of Hope speech, which this award is named after. He said, ‘This world demands the qualities of youth: not a time of life but a state of mind, a temper of the will, a quality of imagination, a predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the life of ease.’ Here’s a young woman — 22 years old — who has put herself out in the world, and in an incredibly powerful and strong way.”

FYI: Taylor is wearing an Oscar de la Renta dress and coat with Lorraine Schwartz earrings, Ofira rings and bracelet, a Lauren Merkin bag and Jimmy Choo shoes.

One Direction, Taylor Swift & Ed Sheeran Party in NYC After 1D Concert

We’d like to start off by saying that the One Direction concert at Madison Square Garden last night was AH-mazing. (Mhmm, we were there; check our Instagram.) The boys performed songs from both Up All Night AND Take Me Home. What more could we ask for? Oh, and the guest performer: Ed Sheeran! Like we said, amazing. But what we really want to discuss is what went down after the show…

Fans spotted 1D and Ed at New York City’s Hudson Hotel partying it up with none other than Harry Styles‘ NYC date buddy, Taylor Swift, who, awkwardly enough, attended a gala earlier in the night where she was honored by the Kennedys. (As in, her ex Conor Kennedy‘s family.) Said fans tweeted their artist of choice for karaoke — Backstreet Boys! — along with this picture:

According to E! Online, later in the night, “shortly after 4am, Harry and Taylor, holding hands again, were spotted going back to the Red singer’s hotel.” Whoa.

Although video footage of the after-party has yet to be released, the boy band’s performance of “Little Things” with the writer of the tune, Ed, from the MSG concert is out there for everyone to see. Watch it below!

Anna Kendrick and Kristin Chenoweth Perform “For Good” from ‘Wicked’ for Trevor Live 2012 (VIDEO)

We knew from Pitch Perfect and this video that Anna Kendrick has a mean set of pipes. But it wasn’t until we stumbled upon this little gem that we realized just how much of a vocal talent she truly is. Alongside Broadway legend (and frequent Glee guest star) Kristin Chenoweth, Anna nails her performance at Trevor Live 2012, the same event where Darren Criss belted out Katy Perry‘s “Part of Me.”

The video starts out with Kristin introducing the younger star, saying that they only just rehearsed the song that morning and grew very fond of each other in the short time they’ve known one another. She admits, ”We were saying today that it was nice to sing together because it felt like we were normal-sized.” (Anna stands at 5’0″ and Kristin at 4’11″.)
