But according to E!, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is on the verge of a family reunion. Samantha Gilbert, who is warm and fuzzy unless you cross her, is en route to the supernatural town. There's no word yet as to how she's related to the founding family, but we assume she's young and pretty or else they wouldn't...
