Justin Bieber‘s doing big things on his BELIEVE tour, like giving back to Hurricane Sandy victims and dedicating songs to lost fans. Though this performance doesn’t necessarily fall under the same category — since it’s not charitable — the Biebs gave Beliebers a shock when he brought a special friend onto the stage with him in Toronto this weekend: fellow Canadian musician Drake! Before the show, he tweets,
