The 22-year-old singer performed "State of Grace," "You Belong to Me," "Everything Has Changed," with Ed Sheeran, "I Knew You Were Trouble," "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," all off her new album Red, "Love Story," and "Both of Us" with BoB.

JustJaredJr.com also spied Taylor leaving the venue with rumored beau Harry Styles after they each had performed!

FYI: Taylor wore a chic David Koma dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, and House of Lavande jewels on the red carpet.
