Jay-Z and Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy, isn't even a week old yet, but she's already following in her parents' musical footsteps. The celebrity baby is officially the youngest person ever to be featured on the Billboard charts.Blue is listed as a collaborator on Jay-Z's new tune, "Glory," which is actually about the precious bundle herself. The song is billed as "featuring B.I.C.," a not-so-cryptic nod at Blue Ivy Carter, who can be heard crying in the final seconds of the single.
