Is the pressure of making life-and-death decisions day in and day out getting to be too much for the Grey's Anatomy doctors?
In this preview of Season 8, Episode 12: "Hope for the Hopeless," it looks like everyone's starting to crack. Derek (Patrick Dempsey) flips a coin to make a big decision, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Cristina (Sandra Oh) are fighting again, and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) looks like she's freaking out.
