We find the infamous Grey's Anatomy scene in which Mark "McSteamy" Sloan (Eric Dane) exits a hot shower with a towel barely secured around his waist in Addison's (Kate Walsh) hotel room to be quite inspiring, and apparently, so does singer Ariana Savalas. She used the hunky Grey's star in her latest music video (unsurprisingly titled "Perfect Man") and — shocker — he's shirtless for over half of the video.
In the vid, he plays Ariana's boyfriend towards whom she channels some vaguely homicidal tendencies (the chorus asks, "What's a crazy girl to do with a perfect man?"). Worry not; no McSteamies were injured during the making of this music video.
Plus, she added to his tattoo collection to fit her edgy Gwen Stefani-meets-Lady GaGa sound. Meaning, while he does appear in very clean-cut suits and tennis ensembles, Eric got to show off the swallow and heart tattooed on his arm, which get covered with makeup in his Grey's Anatomy shirtless scenes. And, it looks like the makeup artists at the video shoot added another faux-tat of a bird on his left pec.
